Port Style Dessert Wine

In the Portuguese tradition, this wine is made from a blend of several grape varieties, including grapes indigenous to Southwest Europe. Intense fruit character and depth of flavour at bottling.

Serve at room temperature with rich chocolate desserts, or the classic combination of Stilton cheese, fresh pear slices and walnuts.

Riesling Ice Wine Style

Made with Washington State Johannisberg Riesling, producing intensely complex aromatics and flavours as well as a rich, lingering finish.
